Founder & President
As an enthusiastic 18-year old, Ron was fueled by a burning passion for Real-Estate. After two decades spent all around the industry, he channeled his efforts towards building his own Full-Service Brokerage, Dorset Realty. Born, raised and still residing in Richmond, B.C., Ron used his local expertise and people skills to consolidate Dorset's position. In the community Ron is known for his hosted dinners, infamous garden, and for being an active philanthropist.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Damien has to ensure the smooth functioning of the company and also acts as the point of service for our clients and customers. He continuously searches for ways to improve the business and enhance customer service. Whether it's at the office, or on the soccer field, Damien is eager to step into a leadership role and motivate his teams.
Vice President (VP) & Senior Property Manager
Kim was asked to join the family business in 1980 and saw it as an opportunity to learn about the industry his father was so passionate about. As VP and Senior Property Manager, he understands that attention to detail and communication are crucial to the happiness of a client. In his spare time Kim enjoys carpentry, home improvement, and traveling
Vice President (VP) of Commercial Leasing & Sales
Colin was first licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1985 and by 1988 he assisted in the formation of the Commercial Sales & Leasing department at Dorset. A Richmond resident for almost 50 years, he places great value on giving back to the community by volunteering at the Richmond Caring Place and coaching youth soccer. In his free time Colin is an avid cyclist and fitness participant
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Angie began her Dorset journey in 1993, starting at reception. She then spent time in multiple departments, accumulating various experiences and truly understanding the business from the ground up. As COO, Angie uses this expertise to oversee the operations and supervise all support staff. On the weekends, she enjoys food and wine around town.
Over the last 15 years Vanessa has worked in all areas of Property Management. For education she completed her Bachelor of Arts and received both CPA & CGA designations. This enables her to manage our entire Accounting and Administrative operations. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys long daily walks, playing badminton, and traveling the world.
