Ron began his career in real estate at just 18, driven by a clear passion for the industry and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. With a career spanning more than seven decades, he is widely recognized as a pioneer in British Columbia’s commercial real estate and property management landscape.

After more than 20 years with leading property and asset management firms, Ron founded Dorset Realty Group, which has grown into one of the Lower Mainland’s most established commercial property management companies. Under his leadership, the firm has built a reputation for professionalism, mentorship, and long-term client relationships.

A lifelong resident of Richmond, Ron brings deep local insight and a strong commitment to community.
