Linh Doyle is an accomplished real estate professional with nearly 15 years of experience across rental and strata management in British Columbia. She holds an MBA from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Leadership Principles certificate from Harvard Business School, bringing both operational and academic strength to her work.

As Dorset’s Director of Operations and Associate Broker, Linh oversees compliance, service delivery, and organizational performance. She is recognized for her ability to lead high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability, and build scalable operational systems.

Her industry leadership was formally acknowledged when she was nominated for Industry Leader of the Year at the 2024 PAMA Awards. Outside of work, Linh enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
