Kim Schuss

With over 40 years of industry experience, Kim Schuss is one of Dorset Realty Group’s longest-standing leaders. Since joining the company in 1982, Kim has been instrumental in providing advanced asset management, consulting, and property operations oversight across retail, industrial, and strata sectors.

His expertise is valued by development groups, government agencies, institutional investors, universities, and non-profit organizations. Kim specializes in budgeting, contract negotiations, maintenance and project planning, and delivering long-term value for clients.

Kim has demonstrated significant community leadership, serving on boards including the Richmond Caring Place (2009–2019), the Richmond Hospital Foundation (2010–present), and LandlordBC (2016–present).
