Max Xu brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, gained from leading roles at large property management firms before joining Dorset Realty Group in 2023. As Director of Accounting, he oversees corporate financial strategy and daily operations for the property accounting team—including strata, retail, office, and industrial portfolios.
Max is known for his analytical approach, commitment to innovation, and dedication to financial transparency. He holds dual professional designations: CPA (Canada) and CA (Australia & New Zealand).
