Damien Roussin

Damien Roussin is an accomplished real estate executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in property management, investment advisory, and organizational strategy. As President & CEO of Dorset Realty Group, he guides the company’s long-term vision, operational performance, and overall business direction. His role includes driving organizational momentum, strengthening internal culture, and ensuring all service lines align with Dorset’s high standards of excellence.

Damien brings a strong academic foundation with an MBA from SFU’s Beedie School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from UBC. He holds multiple real estate licenses, including Managing Broker Trading Services, Rental Property Management, and Strata Management, and maintains the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC.

Deeply engaged in the community, Damien has served on the Richmond Caring Place Society Board since 2019, contributing as Secretary, Chair of the Expansion Committee, and member of the Operations Committee. His background in advisory services and financial analysis—supported by additional certifications in investment planning and risk management—strengthens his ability to support clients in making informed, strategic decisions.
