Shiv Talwar

Shiv Talwar is a commercial real estate agent specializing in leasing and sales across the Greater Vancouver market. Since graduating from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate, he has quickly advanced into his role as Manager of Leasing & Sales at Dorset Realty Group.

Shiv is known for his proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to execute effectively in a fast-moving environment. His approach combines market awareness with a strong understanding of leasing fundamentals, allowing him to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and move deals forward efficiently.

Outside of work, Shiv is an avid golfer and a certified advanced open water scuba diver who enjoys traveling to explore dive sites around the world.
