Colin Schuss

Colin Schuss brings more than 40 years of expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in leasing, sales, and portfolio growth strategies. Since joining Dorset in 1985, he has helped establish and grow the Commercial Sales & Leasing division, now representing extensive retail, industrial, and office portfolios across Richmond, Delta, and South Vancouver.

Colin excels in structuring deals, marketing commercial assets, and negotiating favorable outcomes for both landlords and tenants. His experience working with national brands and local businesses gives him a clear understanding of market expectations and long-term value creation. He holds a Rental & Trading License (1985) and continues to play a key role in Dorset’s strategic development.
